What is the opportunity?
Our hostel located in the beautiful centre of Madrid, is looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest experience, serving drinks, snacks, games, organizing parties, etc.
We are looking for a “people” person, somebody who is social, willing to learn and have a good level of English^^
Who are we looking for?
Someone with:
• Experience in bars;
• Demonstrable experience of delivering excellent customer service;
• Knowledge in cocktails (valued);
• Dynamism, proactivity and being autonomous;
• Responsible and punctual;
• Excellent planning and organization skills;
• Team player and good interpersonal skills;
• Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure;
• Fluent in English, knowledge of Portuguese and Spanish are a plus.
Experience?
• Professional experience in hostel / hotel will be valued.
