What is the opportunity?
Our hostel located in Porto, next to São Bento station, is looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic Bartender (m/f) to provide an excellent guest experience, serving drinks, snacks, games, organizing parties, etc.
You must be a “people” person, social and love our guest, so that at you exceed guests’ expectations every day.
Compensation includes salary and tips.
Who are we looking for?
Someone with:
• Experience in bars (mandatory);
• Demonstrable experience of delivering excellent customer service;
• Knowledge in cocktails (valued)
• Dynamism, proactivity and being autonomous;
• Responsible and punctual;
• Excellent planning and organization skills;
• Team player and good interpersonal skills;
• Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure;
• Fluent in English, knowledge of Portuguese and Spanish are a plus.
Experience?
• Bar experience: minimum 1 year (Preferred factor).
• Professional experience in hostel / hotel will be valued.
