Our hostel located in the beautiful centre of Madrid is looking for a Front Office Agent to join our team^^
We are looking for a “people” person, social and enthusiastic to learn!
Someone with experience in the hospitality industry will be appreciated.
Who are we looking for?
Someone with:
• Experience as a hostel front office;
• Fluency in written and oral Spanish and English (knowledge of other languages will be highly valued);
• Ability to work with computers, PMS and POS systems;
• Good communication and stress management skills;
• Dynamism, pro-activity and being able to be autonomous;
• Responsible and punctual;
• Excellent planning and organization skills;
• Good problem analysis skills and attention to detail;
• Someone that likes teamwork and has good interpersonal skills.
Experience?
• Professional experience in hostel / hotel will be valued.
