Some of your responsibilities will include:
Guest relations
Check-ins, reservation extensions, check-outs, payments, and billing
Maintaining the space clean and organized
Cash handling
Daily management report submissions
Transmitting information from your shift to the following shifts and supervision
Ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests
Distributing Housekeeping tasks for the next day
Adhering to internal rules and procedures
