Since I’m on the topic anyways, how’s your HR experience in hostels? Any prefered routes, like word of mouth or hostels groups on social medias? I know a lot of hostels go with finding guests that enjoy the place and volunteer a few hours a day for a bed before going as far as a full fledge contract, but this isn’t something we’re allowed to do in France unfortunately. I’ll be glad to hear your thoughts/recommandations on that.
