As the General Manager of Sir Toby’s Hostel, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our hostel’s daily operations. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay while also managing and motivating our dedicated staff. If you are a service-oriented leader with a passion for delivering top-notch hospitality experiences, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:
-Provide leadership and guidance to the hostel staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
-Ensure the highest levels of customer service and guest satisfaction are consistently met and exceeded.
-Manage the day-to-day operations, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
-Monitor and maintain hostel facilities and ensure they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
-Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
-Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
-Manage budgetary aspects, including expense control and revenue generation.
-Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the hostel’s needs are met.
-Implement and enforce hostel policies and procedures to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.Qualifications:
-At least 2 years of management experience in the hospitality or service industry.
-Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for guest experience.
-Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
-Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and high pressure situations.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in managing budgets and financial performance.
-Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
-Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
-Fluent in English and basic knowledge of Czech language is required. Fluency in Czech is strongly preferred..How to Apply:
