Main responsibilities:
Booking guests into the Hostel, advising on our offering and services
Assisting guests with enquires and questions
Managing the booking system, ensuring all office administration is accurate
Ensuring an effective handover after your shift
Working with the management team on security and safety
Advising guests on London attractions
Previous experience in a customer-based role is preferred but not essential
