Responsibilities:
Provide high-level reception service, welcoming guests with personalized offers and information.
Actively contribute to enhancing positive guest reviews and encouraging guest feedback.
Recommend personalized experiences, programs, and events to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
Proactively contribute to the hostel’s daily operations, focusing on meeting high standards of guest needs.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication skills and a guest-centered approach.
Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in a receptionist or customer service role.
Ability to work independently with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Adaptability to changing circumstances and proactivity.
Multilingual communication skills (especially English) are an advantage.
