The role will involve:
Verification of shifts for timely management of regular and overtime services, absences, and permissions.
Checking employee attendance and processing the necessary data for payroll preparation.
Informing employees about the components of the payroll.
Organization and production of contractual documentation necessary for the completion of new hires.
Organization and coordination regarding the management and deadlines of medical examinations required by current regulations, in coordination with the occupational doctor.
Preferred qualifications include experience in similar tasks, knowledge of payroll management and personnel administration, familiarity with Microsoft Office, as well as communication, relational, and collaborative skills.
